1. Your IP address is detected by our server headers.
2. This IP is sent via a secure, encrypted connection (API) to our geolocation data provider (e.g., ip-api.com).
3. The provider returns the city, country, and ISP data.
4. This data is displayed to you on the screen.

Data Retention: We do not store your search history or the IP addresses queried in our permanent database. The data is processed in real-time (RAM) and discarded once the session ends.

4. CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)

Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to:

• Request that a business that collects a consumer's personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers.
• Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected.
